Working within the Change Delivery department you will be responsible for delivering both internal and external pieces of work in a timely manner and to a high standard. The work that you will be required to produce may require you to work on one or more technologies to provide the best solution possible. You will be required to work on a variety of job types, ranging from simple text changes taking a few minutes, to more complex changes that may require a number of weeks’ work.
A major consideration at all times is the security and quality of the work carried out; as such you need to ensure that you adhere to the change process as well as the security and testing procedures. Communication with other Mail Metrics teams is a vital component of the job role, as we need to ensure that production schedules are maintained.
