Winners - Best Use of Fintech Award – Digital Transformation Awards

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we won the Best use of Fintech category at the 2024 Digital Transformation Awards.

The awards ceremony, held at the DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms, London, recognises and celebrates outstanding achievements of businesses, teams, and individuals that have excelled in the process of delivering digital technologies to enhance or modify business processes, customer experience, or cultural change.

Our entry focused on our work in the pensions sector, developing a digital portal to drive customer engagement and expedite response times for the client. Some huge brands and global businesses were finalists across the categories, and to emerge as a winner in such established and respected company feels truly outstanding.

The business was also shortlisted in two other categories, Best Digital Transformation – Financial Services and Best Customer Experience. Huge congratulations to the team who worked so hard to bring this project to life. Also, to our wider team of colleagues who provide the platform of excellence from which we can drive forward and innovate.

Data-rich, insight-poor – the analytics gap undermining CCM strategy

We’ve never had more data at our fingertips, yet when it comes to communications, many organisations are still struggling to turn that data into useful insight. And this isn't just a CCM problem. Gartner's research [1] points to a broader challenge: while organisations increasingly want to become data-driven, many still struggle to demonstrate how analytics is actually influencing business outcomes. In fact, Gartner found that just 22% of organisations had defined, tracked and communicated business-impact metrics for the majority of their data and analytics use cases. So, are organisations really using the data they have to make smarter decisions – or are other factors still calling the shots?

Aligning CCM AI Investment – Where Hype Meets Reality

Artificial intelligence has rapidly moved from future aspiration to boardroom agenda. Across customer communications management (CCM), organisations are under increasing pressure to understand not only where AI can deliver value, but also how much they should be investing to remain competitive.

The Digital Cocktail – Perfecting the Mix

The future of customer communication is not about choosing a single “winning” channel. It is about managing an increasingly complex mix of channels, technologies, customer expectations, and regulatory obligations - all at the same time.

Navigating the Grey Area of Consent and Compliance

Ambiguity around consent rules is emerging as one of the most persistent brakes on digital transformation across regulated industries, with organisations finding themselves caught between innovation and compliance.
