I’m delighted to announce that Mail Metrics has acquired another great Irish business, Dafil.

Our third acquisition in three years, Dafil is another excellent addition to the Mail Metrics group and I look forward to working with Jean Maher and his team as we manage the integration process.

Dafil is known as a leading provider of secure, print and mail communications to highly regulated industries. This combined with the Mail Metrics digital communications platform enables both companies to be stronger together and offer our mutual clients a true multi-channel communication solution, catering to all customer demographics and preferences.

The deal was funded by our finance partners Bank of Ireland who have been a great support to us as we scale up. A particular thanks to Peter Davy, Michael Gleeson and the BOI tech team Paul Swift and Gerry Nolan.
