Challenge

RSA are an insurance giant. With more than 9 million customers and 300 years of history, they send thousands of pieces of comms a day. And until recently, all by post. They needed to move their customer comms from print to digital, but making it happen would be a monumental undertaking. 

Approach

Mail Metrics took on the task. First, we shifted all of their print comms over to us. Then, we made it all work better. We automated whatever we could, and took comms digital wherever it made sense. These were enormous shifts that needed to be handled cleverly and carefully to keep comms flowing and customers happy.

The Mail Metrics team demonstrated great flexibility in their approach. While complex, the transition was smooth and the commitment to delivery from Mail Metrics can only be commended.

Outcome

Now, documents are 99.95% SLA compliant. The costs of post have dropped by 40%. And RSA has a comms system that’s future-fit, better for business, and better for customers.
